Can this at least be for the portions of Bereishit and Noach, which are specifically relevant for Noahides?<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>A: Rabbi Chaim Richman: In a Noahide community that we established in Texas several years ago, about 60 families meet every Shabbat and read the English translation of the weekly portion from a printed Artscroll text of the Torah. A &#171;gabbai&#187; (sexton) calls seven men and each one reads a section of the portion out loud. Before reading, each one recites the following blessing, which I wrote for them:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>&#171;Blessed are You, Hashem, Eternal G-d, King of the Universe, Who Has Chosen&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">the People of Israel, and given them the Torah, and from them we learn.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Blessed are You, Hashem, Who Gives the Torah to His People, Israel.&#187;<\/span><\/div>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Rav Cherki adds in clarification:<\/span> A Noahide cannot be called to the Torah for several reasons: (1) The obligation of the Jewish participants will not be fulfilled.
